My salesman, Devon, is one of the best salesmen, I have ever dealt with. Very polite and accommodating. Brent, the GSM, was also a pleasure to deal with... I had made purchases from the Huffman dealerships over the years and was always happy with my purchases, but this dealership is hands down the best outfit I have ever encountered. This dealership is an hour drive from my home, but I will make the drive again just to deal with them. I will also be recommending them to friends and family.

Very polite and sweet service Desk attendant. When I needed a replacement battery for my VW Jetta; he told me a 45 minute wait and was out in 25 minutes instead! Everyone was warm and welcoming outside of the Service Team. Had a great experience for something as simple as a battery change.
I normally never post reviews. However, I wanted to give the sales folks at Neil Huffman what they deserve. I made the drive up from Lexington and worked with Chris Forbes and manager Sherry Tribbey. They were both terrific and very accommodating. I was treated very well, and given honest, straight forward answers. No BS that you sometimes find at dealerships. The team at Neil Huffman exceeded my expectations, and I'm pretty sure they now have a new life long customer. Also, thank you for the VW hat and picking me up at Enterprise! Love my new Atlas Cross Sport.

Great experience. James Youngs is the best! He’s the most honest salesperson I have ever met. He spent his entire Saturday on me and getting me into the vehicle I wanted. He never made promises he could not keep, he did not play the haggle game and was 100% respectful. Also, he did not see a female coming & try to take advantage of the situation, which I know my car stuff so it wouldn’t have worked anyway but I appreciate his respect & efforts. I love my Edge!
I have been going to Neil Huffman’s Mazda service department for my Mazda (bought used) for the last four years. They are professional, friendly, helpful and I love the customer lounge where it’s cozy and comfortable, and easy for me to still work while I wait for my car. They feel their prices are a little high, but not terrible. What you expect going to a dealership. But they have also been honest about putting off work that doesn’t need to be done yet, or finding solutions for my budget when needed. I drive a lot of long distance trips annually and they keep my car in great shape. When others ride with me, I always get comments — it’s so nice, is it new? And they are shocked to find it’s eight years old with nearly 100k miles. Highly recommend this service department!

I want to thank Richard, Belmin for helping me get my transmission checked out and warranty replacement. They were really nice to me and I was afraid that there might be difficulty in the paperwork. They absolutely made it worry free for me. I especially want to thank the mechanics, Jarrod and Dillon for doing an excellent job replacing my transmission. I'm still getting 37+ mpg with my 2wd HRV!

Brought my car twice from being in an accident and had it towed to the lot after my recent accident where my car was totaled. They have always taken care of my vehicle and repairs were done great prior. I would recommend this collision center to my friends and family.
I purchased a new Civic in June of 2023 from Mark Alexander. He found me the exact car that I wanted. I made the deal over the phone and he called me as soon as my car was delivered and the entire sale went smooth. I had a warranty issue in December and have never dealt with a better service department!! Steven Mills was my service representative and he kept me posted on the entire process. I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I had an excellent experience here yesterday and wanted to pass along my compliments. My sales associate, Chavae, was so helpful and kind through the whole process. He was informative without being pushy. He helped me get everything out of my old car and even installed the car seat in my new car for me. The financing manager was also great. I love my new CR-V and I highly recommend this dealership!
