What is the Neil Huffman 7-Day Vehicle Exchange Promise?*

           

Every eligible new and used vehicle purchase includes a 7-day or 150-mile "Like It or Exchange It" promise*, giving you the flexibility to trade it for another vehicle of equal or greater value.

           

To be eligible for an exchange, the vehicle must be returned to the selling Neil Huffman location within 7 calendar days, have accumulated fewer than 150 miles since delivery, and remain in its original, undamaged merchandisable condition. Exclusions apply to vehicles sold "as-is" or specialty models over $100,000.

       
       
           

What is included in the Huffman 3-Year Complimentary Maintenance Plan?*

           

Our complimentary maintenance program includes up to 3 years or 36,000 miles of essential engine oil and filter changes performed by our certified technicians.

What unique maintenance schedules apply to Electric Vehicles (EVs)?

           

Electric vehicles do not require standard engine oil changes, but they require critical tire rotations, brake fluid flushes, cabin air filter replacements, and battery coolant system checks.

           

Because EVs are heavier and deliver instant torque, tire wear metrics change faster than traditional internal combustion cars. Our certified EV technicians across our Honda, Volkswagen, Subaru, Chevy, GMC, Mazda, Nissan and Acura locations are specifically trained to handle high-voltage battery system diagnostics.

See Dealer for full program information. 7 Day Exchange Promise:  At Neil Huffman Auto Group, we recognize that next to the purchase of your home, the purchase of a vehicle represents a significant investment. With that in mind, we want you to buy with confidence. At Neil Huffman, you have seven (7) days or one hundred and fifty (150) miles (whichever comes first) to kick the tires and test the radio to make sure you like the vehicle or you may exchange it for another vehicle of equal or greater value. Only the initial purchase vehicle is eligible for the program, and the vehicle received in exchange is not eligible for the program. Of course, the vehicle must be in the same merchandisable condition upon the return in order to qualify for exchange and due to supply we must exclude certain vehicles in high demand, such as exotics and those vehicles that retail for over $100,000.00. Vehicles sold "as-is" are not eligible for the program. 110% Price Protection Guarantee: If you find a lower advertised price at another regional dealer on your new vehicle purchased from Neil Huffman Automotive Group within three (3) days of your purchase, we will refund you 110% of the difference. Must provide proof of a lower advertised price from a dealership within 500 miles of the Neil Huffman Auto Group dealership purchased from on the same year, make, model, and color of vehicle, dated within three (3) days of date of your purchase.
