OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES (AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA) WHO, AS OF SEPTEMBER 11, 2026, HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, INTERNET ACCESS & VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

ONE (1) 2026 SUBARU OUTBACK WILL BE AWARDED IF THE UNVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE, IN A HOME FOOTBALL GAME DURING THE 2026 FOOTBALL SEASON, RETURNS A KICKOFF FOR A TOUCHDOWN, EITHER AT THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE GAME OR THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE SECOND HALF. THERE WILL BE A MAXIMUM OF ONLY ONE VEHICLE AWARDED AND THE CONTEST WILL OFFICIALLY END AT THE TIME THE PRIZE IS WON.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Huffman/University of Louisville Sweepstakes (the "Promotion" or "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who, as of SEPTEMBER 11, 2026, and have a valid driver's license. Void where prohibited. Employees, directors, officers, agents, franchise owners or representatives of all Neil Huffman Kentuckiana dealerships and their respective related companies, affiliates and agents, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), wherever they may live, and same household members of each such employee/director/officer/agent/franchise owner/representative (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. In addition, any previous winner or a member of the immediate family of a previous winner of a vehicle from any Neil Huffman dealership in the previous five (5) years is not eligible to participate. Grand Prize winner will be required to provide valid driver's license and proof of insurance at the time of delivery.

2. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

3. TIMING: The Promotion begins on SEPTEMBER 11, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends the earlier of two hours prior to kickoff on November 21, 2026 or when the one (1) available prize is won. The cutoff period to enter for each individual game will be two hours before the kickoff, although all who have entered after the two-hour period before the kickoff will be eligible for later games unless the contest has ended because the one (1) available prize has been won (the "Promotion Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Go to neilhuffman.com/gocards and complete and submit the online entry form prior to each University of Louisville home game.

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person/e-mail address per day. Proof of submission of entry does NOT constitute proof of receipt. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same e-mail address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities, and registrations, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to ownership of any entry, the registered owner of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Entries must be filled out completely and legibly in order to qualify, and will be void if they are, in whole or in part, incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, counterfeit, altered, or obtained through theft or fraud.  No mechanically reproduced, software-generated or other automated multiple entries are permitted.  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries,

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.  Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual shall be determined by Sponsors in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the promotion.

By submitting an Entry Form, the Entrant acknowledges that he or she has read and understands these Official Rules and agrees that he or she shall be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final.

5. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

a.     Grand Prize Random Drawing: Administrator will conduct the Grand Prize random drawing on or about the Monday following the game in which the eligible Kickoff was returned for a touchdown. The individual initially selected as a potential winner will be notified by Sponsor or Administrator via phone, mail or e-mail within six (6) business days of selection.

b.     Verification of Winner: Winner must comply with these Official Rules and must sign and return to Administrator, within ten (10) days of the date of notification, a Winner Release Form (where lawful) ("Release"). If Potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Release within the required time period (if applicable), such Potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and forfeit the prize without compensation of any kind. If a Grand Prize is forfeited, an alternate potential winner for that Grand Prize will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the Grand Prize random drawing.

c.     Decisions of the contest Sponsor or Administrator with respect to the contest are final.

d.     Incomplete or late entries will not be eligible for prize reimbursement.

e.     In order to qualify for prize reimbursement, a member of the University of Louisville Football Team during a home game must return an eligible Kick Off Return for a touchdown.

f.      A "Kick Off" is defined as: A place kick or drop kick that starts each half and extra period and follows each extra point attempt and field goal.

g.     A touchdown scored by the Kick Off Team is ineligible and will not be considered for prize reimbursement.

h.     A Kick Off return for a touchdown must be scored as such in the official box score.

i.      A Kick Off returned for a touchdown and nullified by a penalty is ineligible and will not be considered for prize reimbursement.

j.      The eligibility of any Kick Off returned for a touchdown is subject to the NCAA rules of football.

k.     The odds of being selected as an official contestant(s) are dependent upon the number of entries received.

7. CONSUMER DISCLOSURE. No Purchase Or Payment Of Any Kind Is Necessary To Enter Or Win This Sweepstakes. You have not yet won. GRAND PRIZE: 2026 SUBARU OUTBACK (MSRP is $44,518). Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. All eligible entries must be received by two hours prior to kickoff on November 21, 2026. SPONSOR: Neil Huffman Auto Group, 1800 Williamson Court, Louisville, KY 40223.

8. ADDITIONAL PRIZE INFORMATION & CONDITIONS. Grand Prize subject to availability in terms of model, color and features at the time selection is made. Grand Prize winner will be required to provide valid driver's license and proof of insurance at time of delivery. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in delivery. Winners will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.  Failure or refusal to execute the release will result in winner forfeiting the prize.  Photo identification and social security number of the Grand Prize winner may also be required in order to collect the prize. Grand Prize described herein does not include, and Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for taxes, title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, acquisition fee, customer service fee, auto insurance, and other third party fees associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Grand Prize Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor and must take possession of prize within sixty (60) days of notice by Sponsor that prize is available. The Grand Prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

9. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited by law, Winners grant to Neil Huffman Auto Group and its designees the right and permission to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, Winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, opinions and biographical information (including without limitation hometown and state) for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes (including the announcement of his or her name on television or radio broadcast) without additional consideration, compensation, permission, or notification. Entrants agree that Neil Huffman Auto Group and/or its designees shall own the entries, which will not be acknowledged or returned, and that Neil Huffman Auto Group and its designees shall have the perpetual, worldwide right to edit, publish, and use the entries in any way and in any media for trade, advertising, promotional, and/or other purposes as Neil Huffman Auto Group and/or its designees may determine without further consideration to Entrants or any third party.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity of the Promotion such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor will make the Grand Prize available to be won in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on neilhuffman.com/gocards. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, game play process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and costs (including without limitation attorneys' fees) from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

 
11. RELEASE: By receipt of the Grand Prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless, Neil Huffman Auto Group and their related companies, respective officers, directors, members, employees, insurers and agents ("Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or attempt to participate in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, receipt or use/misuse of prize(s). Honda vehicles are subject only to the express, written limited warranties provided by American Honda Motor Company. as specifically set forth in the Warranty Booklet of the vehicle. All such warranties shall only run for the indicated term and are subject to all other conditions indicated therein. SPONSOR MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO PRIZES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THEIR QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

12. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible for and entrants release and hold the Released Parties harmless for: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process, game play process or the Promotion; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries and/or game plays; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which injury or damage may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for Entry Forms that are incomplete, illegible, stolen, misdirected, lost, late, damaged, corrupted, or otherwise not received correctly.

13. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and by the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky or the Kentucky State Court located in Jefferson County, Kentucky and by participating, entrant expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any right of change of venue or like right; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Kentucky or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
