The family-owned business adds first-ever position to oversee all parts and service departments.
LOUISVILLE, KY (January 8, 2019) – Kentuckiana’s own Neil Huffman Automotive Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Dave Grover to serve as the company’s Fixed Operations Director effective January 8th, 2019. Grover is currently Fixed Operations Manager at Neil Huffman Mazda, Volkswagen and Subaru.
Grover joined the Neil Huffman Auto Group in 2007 as a Service Advisor at Neil Huffman Honda before assuming his current position as Fixed Operations Manager. He has been a key leader in helping the Neil Huffman Auto Group achieve success in its market and is ideally suited to lead the Group’s Fixed Operations. This position marks a first for the company and Grover will oversee the day-to-day activities of ten franchise service and parts departments.
“I am extremely excited to have this opportunity to work with ten brands, at six dealerships, in three markets,” said Grover. “The Huffman family understands the need for operational consistency from the top down and I am looking forward to bringing that consistency to our parts and service profit centers.”
In other moves, Bryce Willhite will assume responsibility as Service Manager at Neil Huffman Mazda, Volkswagen and Subaru dealerships; Kris Carr will fill the position as Service Manager at Neil Huffman Acura at Oxmoor; and Chett Earnheart has been made service manager at Neil Huffman Honda of Frankfort.
